Terms & Conditions


There is a £50 cancellation charge for any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.  

Charges & payment

Payment is required at the end of a session by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.  Invoices can be provided but must be paid within 7 days.

Hours of work

Clearly Organised working hours are between 10am and 4pm only, and will always be agreed in advance with the client when the booking is made.  Any additional time is chargeable.  Work done on behalf of a client such as research or shopping will also incur a charge. 


Clearly Organised is a personal and confidential service. Client details are never disclosed to a third party without the consent of the individual.  Testimonials and pictures which appear on this website are being used with the full permission of clients.


Clearly Organised aims to provide the best possible service to clients but cannot be held responsible if the client chooses not to let items go. It is ultimately the client's decision.  Items are always disposed of with the full agreement of the client but once things have gone Clearly Organised cannot be asked to retrieve anything.


Clearly Organised covers South Oxfordshire and Berkshire only.  There is a travel charge of .50p per mile. Travel time is not charged for unless a session finishes after 4pm.


Clearly Organised has full Public Liability Insurance.
